Pathetic service from Ethiopian airlines for a mother travelling alone with a baby and toddler

Appalling service from Ethiopian airlines!!! I am a mother who travelled alone with my baby and toddler for the very first time and had absolutely no help as guaranteed by the Ethiopian airline staff. Two flights that totaled 18hours and no help from the hostesses during the flight, getting off the first one, or getting onto the second! I had to move around the hustle and bustle of Ethiopia airport in the middle of the night with my two kids not knowing where I was or where I was supposed to be going! No help with my kids or hand luggage! Pathetic and disgusting service!
