No refund yet from Ethiopian Airlines

A year ago my husband and I booked two business class tickets to the UK on Ethiopian Airlines through Travelstart. As a result of our flight being cancelled owing to Covid 19 we were promised a refund within 8 weeks which then became 10 weeks and every time we contact Travelstart we were told that they are battling to get the money from Ethiopian Airlines. We were also informed that R2500.00 was going to be deducted from each ticket which we feel is completely unreasonable. Shirley
