No Refund and confused ground and cabin staff

Never upgrade online and pay cos they will take your money but no seat availbale and will not refundt it, they ignore your refund requests. Cabin crew is confused most times. They not sure were the seats are to send you, sent me to economy clasa but have business class ticket They also sent me to the wrong gate. Be very alert and dont trust thier abilities.
