No customer service

Due to Air Ethiopia not being able to accommodate us on our scheduled flight, we lost a full day and night at our holiday destination. Thus losing out R1600. My insurance through Standard Bank need the confirmation of the delayed flights. The sales manager, regional manager and sales lady in Strand Street Cape Town have not had the decency to respond. Pathetic and disgusting service, if you can call it a service. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS AIRLINE. The airport in Ethiopia "Bole" is filthy and the staff is very abrupt and rude. They have no way to speak to customers. A real ****** third world airline.
