Never Fly Ethiopian Airlines

Never in my life have i encountered a CUSTOMER SERVICE company who is this pathetic. Words cannot describe how *********** ALL their staff are including managers. The manager firstly makes an appointment to see me at a certain time then takes another walk in customer before me leaving me waiting for 30 minutes . Keep in mind her reception informed her i was there before this walk in customer. The manager, Mekdes at Strand Street Cape Town branch, then lies to my face saying that her receptionist did not inform her, when i saw the receptionist do this.

Apart from this, i have been waiting since July for reimbur*****t of monies owed to me. The amount close to R3000.00. In today's economic climate, how can large companies withhold money from working class people like this ! i think its disgusting. Phone numbers just ring; Emails go unanswered.

I will advise anyone whose considering flying Ethiopian Airlines to not! They might be the cheaper option, but the service is putrid and i would suggest you rather pay a little more to never have to deal with their *********** staff and Airline !
