Missing luggage Ethiopian Airlines

On Thursday 11 Jan I arrived in Cape Town on an Ethiopian flight from Brussels. Unfortunately my luggage didn't arrive, so I informed at the Bidvest Service desk. They assured me that the luggage would arrive the next day, same time. Unfortunately no luggage arrived the next dya, not the day after. I still haven't received any information about my luggage. I phoned the Bidvest office several times , but no answer. I phoned the Ethiopian callcenter and they informed me that they didn't know where my luggage was, but that they would contact me as soon as it was found. In the meantime I could contact the Ethiopian office in Cape Town (no answer) and the office to apply for compensation (also no answer). So until today I am in Cape Town without any luggage and not sure when/ if my luggage will arrive. Very unprofessional and extremely bad service. If someone knows how to get my luggage back, please let me know!
