missed flight

on our flight to Capetown from Dublin the captain told us that, due to the summer holidays starting in Europe, we couldn't get a slot on time in Madrid, which made us miss our connecting flight in Addis. But when we disembarked in Addis, there were people from the company waiting for us, they put us on a bus and gave us tickets for another Ethiopian flight to J'burg and from there via British Airways to Capetown. this was handled very smoothly and professionally and we only lost about three hours on our trip. I will fly Ethiopian again, they really did an outstanding job
