luggage ****** by Ethiopian flight attendant

On 29th October, Franca Adenike lawal board a flight from South Africa to return back to Nigeria. The lady at the desk this day didn’t put her luggage on the system. I’m very sure this was done on purpose to ***** passengers luggages especially if you are a new travelers that doesn’t know you need to get a slip should be handed to you for bags you check in.... we are still yet to find this luggage and to me I feel no one is doing anything about this intentionally *****ing of luggages going on... We have made complaints but seems it’s falling on deaf hears! We are not going to back off till we get this luggage because important and valuable items is in this luggage. I advise anyone flying from South Africa on Ethiopian flight should be very careful because those you should trust with your luggage are the ones in charge of *****ing them.
