luggage not received

Good Morning <br> <br> I booked a flight from Saudi Arabia to Cape Town via Ethiopian airlines to JHB departing yesterday with the connecting flight number ET809. On arrival in JHB I was told by British Airways to clear my luggage through customs and book in by them which was too late at the time as I had to catch a connecting flight to Cape Town. In the interim I was told by help desk that as per Ethiopian luggage claims they would send my luggage to Cape Town but this was not the case. I had a case opened yesterday upon arrival in Cape Town and I was assured by Ethiopian airlines that my luggage would be sent via the 8pm flight but this was not the case. luggage numbers ET352658, ET352656 and ET352655
