Luggage and damage goods

Good day i am quit upset my fiance has been in Nigeria for a whole month almost without luggage he only got one of his travelling bags and the other one still missing no one informed him about anything and everyday he has to go to an airport to follow up on where his bag is what customer service is that. What if he was completely stranded without anyone to help ??? i really need feedback as soon as possible from they respect their business no one can tolerate such customer service and this my second complaint apparently his bag is still with Johannesburg Ethopian Airlines even the bag he got all his clothes glasses etc is damaged because they do not care about their clients!
