Lost luggage

My luggage went missing on 30 June on a flight from Johannesburg via Addis Ababa and Rome to Milan. I wrote 8 emails without any assistanc or acknowledgement at all. Back in Johannesburg I requested the general manager for assistance. As yet only report that my luggage is not in Addis Ababa. If things go wrong at Ethiopian Airlines you are on your own
