Lost luggage, both departure and return flight! Avoid airline at all costs!

Lost luggage on both departure and return flight ! The departure flight suitcase was located after 2 weeks, and the airline sent the suitcase to the incorrect airport. The suitcase has been lost since. Pathetic call center said I need to locate it at the airport overseas. Book any other airline at all costs! Pay abit more and use another airline.
