Lost luggage

<p>On 18th December I travelled from Dubai to Durban with a 35min lay over in A Addis Ababa.I arrived in Durban and went to collect my luggage.There was no sign of my luggage.I reported the matter to Ethiopian baggage desk at the King Shaka International airport.I was given the following reference no DURET10112 and told by Bright that may be it failed to get loaded on the flight to Durban.He told me to contact him on Tuesday as that was the next flight from Addis Ababa.Upon contact I was told it did not arrive.He told me he was going to track the bag.Later the same day I was told that it was wrongly sent to Burkina Faso and my luggage was in a place called Ouagadougou.He requested them to send my luggage to Durban in the next flight.He assured me that I would receive it by Friday the 23rd December'the latest.To date it's Christmas day and I don't have my luggage.I leave on 1st January to return to Abu Dhabi where I currently live and work.I have been inconvenienced .I had to purchase emergency clothing and other items.This was not budgeted for and has put a strain on my budget.</p> <p> </p>
