Lost luggage (2 bags) no recourse -2 months!

Don't let let the low cost and convenient times fool you. You will pay dearly! I travelled on 15th august from Riyadh to Joburg via Addis. My passport had issues couldn't travel but my 2 bags were on board already. 19th August I travelled on same route. I was told that my bags are in Joburg already. That began my battle with Ethiopian airlines. I called daily while in SA to check if next flights had my 2 bags but no positive outcome. I completed a claim form which was not processed because they will look for the bags. My brother went into OR Tambo self to check for the bags in the sore rooms in that 3 weeks. I came back to Riyadh and went to check the store rooms in Riyadh and still no bags. I went to Riyadh Ethiopian airlines and did not get any help. exactly 2 months to the date I am still waiting for my bags, or compensation or acknowledgement of wrongdoing from their end. The Most unprofessional airline ever!
