Lost luggage

My wife traveled with Ethiopian airlines and her luggage did not arrive at the end destination. To try and contact them is trying to find a needle in a hay stack. The telephone numbers on the website is useless. They don't reply to your emails. I would like to warn other travelers not to fly with this airline because it looks like it is normal for luggage to get lost and never to be found. I would like someone from the airline to see this msg and respond. Regards MC
