LOST BAGGAGE - NO care attitude

My daughter had the misfortune of flying with Ethiopian airline from Rome to Durban South Africa via Addis. She arrived safely in Durban, but her luggage did not. We reported the lost luggage immediately, and since then have not had any positive feedback. The most frustrating part of this experience was the lack of communication from Ethiopian Airlines and their staff. <br> The whole process had to be driven by us, and we had to push on a daily basis for information.<br> My daughter has since returned to Rome, and went her on Emirates.<br> <br> I will post daily negative comments on Twitter, Instagram, etc as well as advise ALL travel Agents in South Africa about the dismal customer care.
