Lost baggage and no care in the world!

Our baggage was lost in Ethiopia during the layover. On our arrival in Johannesburg, it was found that 2 of our 4 bags were not loaded on the plane in Ethiopia. System indicates that all baggage was loaded in Heathrow, however, not all baggage arrived in Jhb. The assistance at baggage claim for help to resolve this, was arrogant, rude and completely unhelpful. Even made remarks of "it's just a bag".... PEOPLE HAVE PERSONAL BELONGING IN THAT "JUST A BAG"... There is no real support except for ":we will deliver it to you tomorrow"... that is unhelpful and gives no security that the baggage is safe and unharmed (or even . The complete lack of respect for other's belongings is clear! Additionally, one of the bags that was lucky enough to land in Jhb, had 2 of it's wheels broken off. Who will be replacing this damaged bag now?? Or is that just how your airlines treats others' belongings? Let me know where I can happily share the pictures of the destroyed bag!!
