Lost and found baggage claim

Hand luggage cheacked and passed through customs,at the boarding gate it was misplaced / ******. At o r thambo airport, trying to get hold of the airline but no answer at all.were told by airport security that the hand luggage was at air Ethiopia offices in or thambo airport.
