It is now 18 June, No refund done, they even took 3times money of my account. Ethiopean Airlines asked me to fill in a form and was provided by ****/**** org. And taken 3times money.

Thats is the msg, on my way back from travel for business, and at the security gate in Addis Ababa my laptop is missing, not one came back with video footage, lotsa calls to get me in a **** of asking Bankdetails, but NOTHING done to refund me, i have even given my card details so you could drop the amount you promised to pay out. I do not take any calls from your side no more there i was being disrespected and called to go to Hell. I will not rest my case till it is sorted.
