Incorrectly charged for excess baggage

I traveled from Hong Kong on the 25th September to Cape Town when I weighed my luggage I was informed that I had to pay for 33kg access baggage. I still have the tags of my bags which confirms that my total weight was 79kg make of 4 bags of which one of the bags was the cabin bag & can bag of 7kg is free. I sent an email explaining that I had 79kg (total baggage on my 4 pieces of bags) -33kg (excess baggage charged) = 46kg (2x bags of 23kg allowed baggage) so where is my 7kg? I even attached the copies of the tags for my bags & got this answer from the Airline:<br> <br> Dear MS. Yoli,<br> This is to inform you that the feedback I got from our field office in Hong Kong confirm to us that you were only charged for the excess 33kg that you were carrying and as per your ticket you were allowed 46kg and that your hand baggage allowance was not included.<br> <br> I am really sorry to tell you that I really do not have ground to authorize the compensation that you requested .<br> I do hope though, that we will be welcoming you on board with exceptional service very soon.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Sadia Mohammed<br>
