I was a fan but no more

As a frequent flyer on this airline you would think they would look after me. But when my bags got delayed and took 72 hours to be reunited with me I was told me and my wife would receive $100 each for incidentals. That was in December 2024. It is now August 2025 and after numerous emails to their baggage handlers and being asked 3 times for my bank details still no money. My Shebamiles number is ***. I am disgusted
