I traveled on 25th April from Joburg to Nairobi

I traveled on 25th April from Joburg to Nairobi. (ET 308 , ET 808) On arrival my suitcase was broken into and damaged. I also lost some stuff and clothes. I reported the case to the airport desk in Nairobi and I was given a contact of someone by the name Oscar from their office in the city. He replaced my suitcase quickly and promised to get in touch with me in regard to the other items I lost. I have made several attempts to follow up but it seems like I'll never get any assistance. It's quite disappointing. A terrible experience. I hope someone will come back to me and replace my lost items.
