Horrible service ever.

The service from this airline is the worst, I’ve used them a number of times but nothing changes,I had 2 horrible encounters following each other in a space of a month, first case was when I booked a flight to Hong Kong in August and the flight I was in had no parking space when we reached Addis Ababa,my next connecting flight left me while am there,second encounter they delayed again this is a second month 03 September that delay caused my next flight to leave me,I guess I’ll have to take them to court for this cause they don’t even reply to emails.
