Heartless airline. Forcing Cancer paitent to travel or cancel trips unrefunded.

To put it simply. My parents and sister were to travel to paris in May 2018. My dad fell ill with rapid Lymphedema some time before the trip. We rescheduled all flights for end July 2018and paid in the 7k for the dates change for 2 persons (price of a single ticket). Most recently my dad's PET scan results came back and he was diagnosed stage 4 cancer in the neck. My father and mother wished for the tickets to be gifted my brother and his gf. But Ethiopian Airlines being heartless and insensitive, denied my fathers request to change the names on the tickets, saying he must travel at a later date or cancel without refund. Knowing we were happy to pay for the changes but it shows you the true character of Ethopian airlines and their consideration to people with cancer. So my advice to all, those who have or havnt known someone with cancer. Dont support a heartless organisation like Ethiopian airlines. The world has no place for businesses like them.
