Gross negligence and dishonesty by Ethiopian Airlines group

My wife and I who now reside in South Africa travelled to Mogadishu to visit our family, on our return at Mogadishu airport my wife was refused permission to board the flight on account that her permanent residency permit was *****ulent, this was an error made by the airlines as their is nothing wrong with her permit. I have verified this with home affairs in SA before I decided to take on my fight with the airline, if only I knew beforehand how difficult this endeavour would be. I consider myself to be a pious man and so conduct myself on a manner that is befitting to my spirituality. In spite of this all that I have received from Ethiopian airlines has been lies and dishonesty without anybody taking responsibility for the bad judgement exercised by the ground crew in Mogadishu, this experience has cost me $1890.00 in travel expenses alone, the call centre staff are very friendly but they have no authority to assist other that to apologise and soften my anger temporarily but at the end of the day it is a matter off principal , I want the money that was ****** from me by this company back. My claim which is now on its 3rd claim reference number is clear and there is no doubt that Mogadishu has problems with honesty and possibly the whole of Ethiopian airlines is infected with this trend as I am no closer to having my claim resolved than when I first embarked on this fruitless exercise to have what was an injustice to myself and my family resolved. Is there anybody else who has had a similar experience ? Thanks for this platform and hopefully it helps others who have experienced similar abuse to find some resolution.
