I am writing to formally raise a concern regarding my suitcase, which went missing on 29/11/2024 and was only recently returned to me. Unfortunately, I discovered that my suitcase had been tampered with. Specifically, chocolates were ******, and $100 in cash, which was kept in the pocket of my jeans inside the suitcase, is missing.

I have already sent an email to Abebe along with supporting photographs, but I have yet to receive any response.

From the outset, this experience has been extremely stressful, and the lack of communication has only added to my frustration. It is disappointing to encounter such issues with a reputable airline. I am also aware that similar incidents have happened to other passengers, further highlighting a need for immediate attention to such matters.

I kindly request a resolution to this issue. Specifically, I would like compensation for the missing items and a formal acknowledgment of this matter. As this was my first time flying with Ethiopian Airlines, this experience has significantly undermined my confidence in your services.
