Frustrating and un-professional service

<p>Hi, EA is one of the top "Frustrating and un-professional service" provider. I recently booked a flight ticket and they deducted more than the ticket fare from my credit card. After sending them bank statement with BANK stamp on, they f***** can't see. Its been more than 2 weeks and they haven't returned the extra amount which they charged. And they can't find it on their system how much have they charged me? What a poor service standard? </p>
