Flight Cancelled and stuck at airport with no alternative plan!

We were booked on flight ET858 final destination Seychelles for our honeymoon. Our trip was planned months in advance and all ferries, transfers, and accommodation were booked and paid for. Due to the cancellation of the flight we missed our ferry and hotel that was all non-refundable. Ethiopian Air was also not able to secure another flight on any other airline to get us to our destination on time and we were stuck at the airport for another day. I hold Ethiopian Airlines solely responsible for the loss of these funds and requested feedback and a refund with multiple follow-up emails and no response. Disgusting service will never book a flight with them again.
