Extremely disappointing travel experience

Extremely disappointing experience. My family recently traveled with the airline and all their luggage was tampered with and multiple items ******. The thought that someone had the audacity to go through someone's luggage is Extremely disturbing and the airlines response was lame and not helpful at all. Wouldn't recommend anyone to travel with this airline
