Exceptionally Poor Service

<p>After overbooking a flight departing Rome at 00:00 on the 10th of April we were informed that the flight was overbooked. We were requested to stay over and we will receive a voucher for our inconvenience. After countless emails and phone call we haven't received a cent and well no service as well. Absolutely poor and pathetic service.</p>
