Ethiopian disaster

I travelled with them from South Africa to the UK in June 2024 and returned in July. My return journey was a disaster. I was unable to check in online, It took an hour to check in in London for the first leg of the journey, I then had to re-check in at Bole for the second leg of my journey, another wasted hour. On arrival in Johannesburg I found that Ethiopian airlines had cancelled my connecting flight. I had to re-purchase another ticket.

Ethiopian airlines blamed the travel agent, but the travel agent did NOT cancel any ticket. They are refusing to refund me for their ****** up.
