Ethiopian always delay and make you buy new connecting tickets

Don’t fly with Ethiopian! My kids are traumatized from the trip they took to South Africa with Ethiopian airlines. Kilimanjaro to Addis flight delayed by 3 hours. Addis to Joberg flight delayed by 13 hours. Staff in Addis kept lying to the passengers and saying they would be leaving in next two hours but never left for 13 hours. All because they did not want to pay for customers to be put into a hotel for 12 hours. They said they could not fly due to “weather”but countless other planes were arriving and leaving. Lies lies lies for over 13 hours. They simply wanted to join more passengers into one plane and so forced passengers to wait for 13 hours for more passengers to join before leaving. My children got stuck in this mess. They were not given a place to sleep and then the airline forced me to pay for new connecting flight tickets which my children had missed due to Ethiopians delays as Ethiopian said they did not care what happens after they drop the children at joberg airport. I also had to pay for accommodation next night at joberg airport as there were no connecting flights leaving joberg for my kids. If I had not done so my children would have been dumped at joberg at night with no connecting flights or somewhere to sleep till next day. Ethiopian is a greedy ********* airline who cares less for children traveling with them despite them saying they look after children
