ETHIOPIAN AIRWAYS AND THEIR STAFF ARE NOT RESPONSIVE: LOST BAGGAGE ON TEL AVIV TO ACCRA FLIGHT STILL MISSING AFTER ONE WEEK!

My Husband travelled to Tel Aviv with Ethiopian airways from Accra via Ethiopia. On his return flight on January 3, 2018 his luggage was lost.

Since then I've been trying to no avail follow up on the missing baggage and retrieve it from the airlines. This has been my experience so far.

I filed a complaint on the same day at the aviance lost baggage desk at the airport and also sent an email to their Baggage Loss or Delay or Damage Department the following day. I receive a message from on Mahlet Moges which stated the following: "First and for most we would like to apologize for all the inconveniences that may have occurred due to the misplacement of

your bag. Please be advised that we will do all possible to trace your bag and we will advise you our findings soon.

Once again our apologies"

Best regards I've been to the Kotoka international airport 4 times since then to follow up. I was informed that my bag had ended up in Miami and that Delta Airlines would be bringing the bag. It's now January 10th and I still I have not gotten my husband's bag.

I took the liberty to call ethiopian airways call centre in Tel Aviv to locate the bag from me. I was informed that the bag is still in Tel Aviv. So why am I getting different stories about the location of my husband's luggage. What is really going on with this airline? Why haven't I received an honest account of what is going on?

I have wasted so much money travelling to the airport to follow up, plus my husband has to buy new clothing as most of his work clothes were in the bag. Could you kindly help me solve this conundrum of the missing luggage which ethiopian airlines does not want to take responsibility for returning? I want my husband's luggage returned intact.
