Ethiopian airlines, worst airlines ever!!!

I find it scary that nothing could go right on this flight. Ethiopian airlines, when traveling from Cape Town to Bangkok only give you one option for a connecting flight in Addis and then they do nothing to ensure you make that flight. My cape town flight was delayed and I missed the connecting flight as a result. They were not prepared for my arrival and acted like they had no idea that I needed to get another way to Bangkok. They don't care that you have arrangements in another country. They eventually put me on a flight to Beijing then to Thailand after. Another poor booking on their behalf because I almost missed that flight too. Then I eventually get to Bangkok and my baggage is missing. Mine and everyone else's who missed the initial connecting flight. All this can be forgiven, however here's the worst part... They do not reply to your emails. Do not take your matter seriously. Do not call or email. Nothing. I live in Thailand now and need to travel home often. They not even interested in acquiring my business. They not willing to fix their mistakes. I had food in a box that is probably off by now but there is canned milk for my infant son that they don't care about finding. And formula is expensive in Thailand. And also I don't speak Thai so I am struggling with what to buy. They ruined my entire experience. I am not even sure whether this will get their attention. 3rd week with no results.
