ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES WILL NOT DELIVER MY LUGGAGE IT LEFT BEHIND

I traveled from Addis Ababa on 23 March, 2018. My luggage did not arrive on the same flight. I was advised to report the issue with the Airline office at OR which I did and was provided with Ref number with a promise to deliver to my residence within Pretori, as soon as the bag is located and transferred to RSA.

Thing is, now I have been contacted that the luggage has been located and has arrived at OR Tambo (all this within 24hrs by the way) but that they cannot deliver because they have since stopped this practice. So now in addition to the inconvenience of not having ones luggage on arrival, i have to suffer another inconvenience of needing to head to the airport to collect the bag at my cost (not planned for). I find this to be very unfair !!!and now I know where to place my priorities for future flights.
