Ethiopian Airlines *********

No refund yet, nor a postponed ticket, after my wife had a heart attack whilst boarding Ethiopian Airlines at OR Tambo on 04 april 2018. She has recovered now and would like to use her ticket for the same trip to Brussels. But no response from the airline. Very sad!! Total amount paid on line is R8916.61
