Ethiopian airlines the worst service after flight

My bagels were broken into and badly damaged when I returned on wed 17th July 2024 from Addis to Jhb.i tried calling them the whole two days and no response.the phone number at OR Tambo doesn't exist.and the cell number no one answered accept for late yesterday. A lady named Cynthia said to me that meshak will call me but till now no response.i even emailed them but no reply.there were lot of bags that were damaged on this flight as I was standing right where the bags come out so I could all the bags.i will never recommend Ethiopian air to anyone and I will never fly to Addis ever again.
