ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES: SHOCKING POOR SERVICE

We emigrated overseas in April 2024, using Ethiopian airlines from ORT via Addis Ababa. Our two baby strollers did not arrive with us at our destination and we still do not have any strollers or any word from Ethiopian airlines senior management on when we can expect these back - it has now been 6 months! We are expecting a baby in next month and no strollers. We had to make personal arrangements and took time off from work to try and resolve the matter to no avail. At one instance we were informed that they have located the strollers which they will deliver at an exorbitant cost in US dollars. We will definitely advise our friends and family against using Ethiopian airlines in the future, Shocking Service!!
