Ethiopian Airlines Sevice Sucks

Worst experience. Absolutely no communication from airline nor ground staff. I forgot some personal items in Business Class on my way to Tel Aviv via Addis Ababa. After trying 5o contact them from Tel Aviv i thought i have to transit through Addis on my return journey. When i got there the nightmare started. I was sent from pillar to post. Having to go through the customs check at incoming about 5 times as the "person" that would assist me is located on the other side. Besides the language barrier they were not interested in assisting. I eventually we shown a piece of paper with an email address. Having sent emails requesting assistance and not even recieving an acknowledgement i have given up hope of ever seeing these items again
