Ethiopian airlines services terrible

I booked a tkt to go for haj in 2020 Lockdown came, travel was not allowed, I msgd ethiopian airlines long before haj, they sent a msg to me with a ref number Which said Your msg received, if within 3days u do not receive refund please contact us, then the Johannesburg offices closed, I recontacted then again and no respons
