Booked tickets to fly and couldnt fly due to corona virus.Contacted airline offered a voucher,tried to rebook and was quoted a change fee of US$4500 more than the 2 flights cost.Also voucher could only be used for call centre bookings which are double the cost of booking online.A *******.Was then offered after 5 phone calls a refund less US$800,THEREAFTER I WAS TOLD NO REFUND ONLY VOUCHER AND PAY us$4500 for change fee AND CANNOT USE VOUCHER FOR ONLINE BOOKINGS.
