Ethiopian Airlines - ********** and disgusted

Changed a flight date over the phone with their global contact centre. Took very long time and cost me more than ZAR300, but the call ended with their consultant saying that the change was confirmed. I asked for a reference and she said it was the original booking reference. Tow days later when I still hadn't received the new e-ticket, I contacted them again. This time they told me that my flight date hadn't been changed and that I was a "no show". I complained and spoke to another consultant who processed the date change again. The only charge mentioned and authorized was for USD140, but they charged me USD368. They now refuse to listen to the original call that confirmed the date change. Two weeks and no response to my last email. Plus they're a terrible airline - broken and uncomfortable seats, poor quality food. Addis Ababa airport is a circus. Steer clear of Ethiopian Airlines!
