Ethiopian Airlines not repairing the damaged suitcase - unprofessional and rude customer service

On the 29th of October 2017 I made a complaint about the terrible service on a delayed and damaged luggage done by Ethiopian Airlines (I attach my complaint in the bottom of the text). Since then, after numerous phone calls, emails and desperate messages sent to the entire Customer Service of the Ethiopian Airlines, I managed to negotiate the Incidental Payment done to remunerate the delay of my luggage. Nonetheless the damaged suitcase was NEVER repaired, although that was supposed to be part of the necessary process. I sent again numerous emails and spoke on the phone to Mr Abel Alemu, who was very rude to me and above unhelpful on that matter. My case was transferred to Mr Wellington Mbokane, who informed me that my case is being processed. That was one month ago. Today (06.03.2018) my suitcase is still waiting for the reparation/replacement and there is absolutely no answer from the Ethiopian Airlines side. The only document, which the Airline is supposed to provide me with is the Damage Report - a usual protocol stating the damage and the institution taking the financial responsibility for its reparation.

It has been now over 4 months since the damage happened and I simply cannot believe that such a huge airline is not capable of providing such a simple service to their customer.

Quoted previous complaint: " On the 26.10 I took a flight from Warsaw to Johannesburg, via Paris and Addis Ababa. I realized in Johannesburg that my luggage did not arrive to the destination and that it stayed in Paris. I spoke to an officer at the Ethiopian Airlines counter and filled in the form (reference number: JMBET 29742). I was told my bag will arrive to Grahamstown (which was my final destination) next day (28.10). On Saturday, the 28.10 I received a call saying that my suitcase will arrive only next day (29.10), with the South African Airways, flight number SA405 at 10:45. I was supposed to receive a confirmation phone call today and the bag was supposed to arrive to Grahamstown straight from the flight, which would be at 2 PM. Nobody called me and I also cannot reach any out of four phone numbers I was given with my form. I do not know, when my bag will arrive and I was not offered any kind of reimbursment for the delay. I cannot start working as my working materials are all in the luggage. I also do not have my personal belongings such as clothes and toiletries, which made me spend money on them. I do not know, how to reach the offices in Johannesburg and I do not know, when I will receive my delayed luggage. It is first and last time I flew with Ethiopian Airlines!"
