Ethiopian Airlines Lost My Valuables – Still No Justice or Accountability

I trusted Ethiopian Airlines with my luggage, but it was tampered with and items worth millions ****** during transit through Addis Ababa. I did everything right — reported the issue, submitted receipts, and cooperated fully — yet over a month later, there’s still no compensation, no update, and no accountability.

Every time I follow up, I get the same response: “It’s with head office.” How long does it take to do the right thing? For an international airline, this level of delay, silence, and poor communication is unacceptable.

I’ve been patient and respectful, but it’s clear that without public attention, nothing moves. If this issue is not resolved soon, I’ll have no choice but to take legal action and expose how Ethiopian Airlines handles passenger theft and loss cases.

People deserve to know the truth — and passengers deserve to be treated with fairness and respect.
