Ethiopian Airlines - Kings of African Sky

I flew with Ethiopian Airlines, the biggest and best airline in Africa. They have a modern impressive fleet. Great leg room even in economy and are generally on time. I also liked the fact that when your connection is over 8 hours they provide accommodation. I would have given them 5 stars but I have to subtract the one star on account of their hotel partners who provide transit accommodation. I used these transit hotel on my way to and from West Africa. The food is pathetic!!!! Its difficult to believe that anyone or anything can prepare food which is so tasteless! Ethiopian Airlines needs to quality monitor their hotel partners in Addis Ababa.
