Ethiopian airlines - good "budget" option

Except for being unable to pay for the tickets online, or via the email that they sent after calling them, because of some unknown error, and then having to run around and pay commission to the travel agent to book tickets at the Mos*** airport, this has been a lovely airline to fly with! They are all very calm on board, and yet the services are provided timely and the quality is very good. The screens on board are not up to scratch, so some work and some don't, but the airplanes are in good shape and the people are super friendly on board - they smile when they serve you, ask you questions and actually seem interested in your wellbeing! The food was good quality and we could actually sleep a bit, because they don't run around like mad chickens through the isle every 5 minutes. The airport security at transfer was also very well organized and fast, even though we had to take our shoes of at the scanners, epidemic or not (we didn't have to do that with any other airlines we flew lately).
