Ethiopian Airlines disappointing

I made an adjustment on my booking and had to pay additional $ 50. Which due to load shedding, the payment seemed to have not gone through but got duplicated. I have send my banking details and have been beginning for my refund but till today, since August, nothing has come through. This is so disappointing
