Ethiopian Airlines - Damaged A Brand New Lugagge Bag

Last year I travelled to the UAE via Ethiopia. However, my flight to the UAE was pleasant but upon my return back home my brand new luggage bag which was purchased for the trip (a few days prior to travelling) came off the conveyer belt with the wheels broken off. I have since been struggling and emailing back and forth, and instead I was told by an agent (Wellington Mbokane), that the wheels and handles are not covered and that the ripped stitching does not look original! This is an utter disgrace, because in essence how does one then transport your bag if the wheels and/or handle has been broken. Travellers buy bags with wheels and pay more for a reason....CONVENIENCE.

I have still not reached the bottom of this issue, but I surely will not ever travel with this airline again to any international destinations I visit both for business and pleasure.
