Ethiopian Airlines Customer Relations is the worst ever

My name is Loveness Mpundu South Africans or any other nations you must know that Ethiopian Arlines is the worst airlines ever. When you make a payment for your ticket all is well but when you have a complaint it's your own look out. I did send them an email on the 2rd of February to complain about the broken suitcase. I phoned call centre which gave me a number which does not work for Ethiopian Airline at OR Tambo, they also gave me a number for a guy who is responsible. This number is not working +***9 emails do not go through. I have been sending emails to no avail they is no feedback whatsoever. The cell phone number l did get the guy does not answer calls, if you send him whatsapp he read and does not respond.
