Ethiopian Airlines Appalling Service and After Service

I recently used Ethiopian Airlines.

Long story short I was very disappointed.

Air hostesses were rude. No meals available even after confirming meal requirements at check in desk and when booking. Flights were freezing and No blankets. Seat back tvs not working. Thier main goal was to only sell duty free items.

I have emailed *** the area manager Abel Yifru on 27 January 2024 relaying my complaint. I have not received a reply. Clearly our business miniscule.

We are frequent flyers, this was our first time with Ethiopian Airlines. I'm appalled with the in flight experience.

Hopefully the right people see this review and something is done. After spending a ridiculous amount money the least they could do is give the service due.
